Is a Bluefino pool self-supporting?
No. They are not designed to be self-supporting, as our pools are designed to be buried and surrounded/stabilized by concrete.
How long can I expect my Bluefino?
Within two weeks of your order, your pool can be manufactured and shipped. However, you should allow one to two additional weeks for delivery.
How will my pool be delivered?
The pool will be delivered by a special transporter that has adapted infrastructure to avoid damage during transport.
How will my Bluefino be unloaded?
Your professional, in coordination with us, will set a delivery date and provide the equipment for unloading and handling the pool in order to ensure its proper installation.
What happens if my pool is damaged during transport?
Upon delivery, your professional will inspect the integrity of the pool. If the pool is damaged, you will not be charged extra and we will do everything we can to ensure your pool arrives in good condition as soon as possible.
What kind of water treatment can be used in a Bluefino pool?
Due to their strength, polypropylene pools are compatible with all types of water treatment.
Can I use my pool in winter?
If you have a Coverfino cover and a suitable heat pump, you can enjoy your pool all year round with complete peace of mind.
How long is the warranty for my future pool?
At Bluefino, we are so confident in our product that we offer a 10-year warranty on our pools.
I do not know any installers, what can I do?

Is osmosis possible in Bluefino pools?
Polypropylene is naturally antibacterial and osmosis cannot occur.
